We were operating a franchise store, so aside from the agreement and handover between the buyer and seller, there was also a separate handover process with the franchise company. This made the whole process a bit more complicated and time-consuming. On top of that, the store we were selling was quite small and the sale price wasn’t high. Besides helping us sign the sales agreement, Alvin patiently explained everything and coordinated the differences between both parties throughout the process.
